Everything I teach comes from my personal journey: the movement from survival into embodiment, from fragmentation into wholeness.

My Story

A Return to Oneness Through Transforming Pain and Suffering

I grew up as a highly sensitive child, deeply attuned to nature and to the emotional world around me. In the household I was raised in, there was frequent conflict, fighting, tension, and disconnection. As a child, I often found myself witnessing both sides, confused as to why people struggled to truly hear one another and repair conflict. Even then, beneath the confusion, there was a quiet knowing that I was perceiving something deeper about human suffering and connection.

In my teenage years, something profound shifted. While in nature, I experienced a deep sense of Oneness, a feeling of being connected to everything around me. For the first time, the pain and heaviness I had been carrying no longer felt defining. I experienced unity, peace, and a remembering of something essential within myself. That moment became a compass for the path that followed.

At the same time, I was navigating significant mental health challenges, including panic attacks, depression, and a nervous system that had been living in survival for a long time. Then, in 2012, I went through a profound Dark Night of the Soul that brought me into a much deeper journey of healing. My path led me into exploring and unraveling childhood wounds, generational conditioning, attachment patterns, and the ways survival responses had shaped my life and relationships. It was one of the deepest descents into darkness I had experienced, but it also became a turning point that initiated profound transformation.

Slowly, through yoga teaching, graduate school, somatic healing, and a deep commitment to my own inner work, I began finding my way back to myself, back to presence, embodiment, and that innate sense of connection I had touched earlier in life. Along the way, I realized many of the systems and approaches available were not fully supporting the depth of healing I was seeking. This led me to forge my own path of understanding transformation, nervous system healing, embodiment, and reconnection to self and nature. Much of what I now teach and offer to others emerged directly from that journey.

What emerged through this process became the foundation of my work today. I discovered that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting to the wholeness that already exists underneath the conditioning, trauma, and survival patterns we carry. My work now is devoted to helping others move through their own unique healing journeys, shifting from survival into embodiment, from fragmentation into wholeness, and from pain into deeper connection with themselves, their life force, and Source.

My Journey

Everything I teach comes from my own lived experience and healing journey. I have moved through profound suffering, grief, and loss while navigating a world that often lacks true understanding of how humans actually heal from the challenges of life.

What I discovered is that the struggles we face, the pain, the patterns, the experiences that feel impossible to move through, are not necessarily here to stop us. Often, they are invitations. They illuminate the unresolved wounds, protective patterns, and disconnected parts of self that are asking to be seen, felt, and integrated.

Healing is not about bypassing suffering, but learning how to move through it with support, awareness, and compassion. On the other side is not simply relief from pain, but a deeper reclamation of who you truly are, your vitality, authenticity, life force, and connection to something greater.

"What I discovered through my own healing became the path I now offer others, supporting the journey from survival into embodiment, from struggle into flow, and from fragmentation into wholeness."

This understanding became the foundation of my work. I developed a holistic approach to support people in walking through the challenges of life in a way that fosters deeper healing, reconnection, and the restoration of wholeness.

My Capacity

What Makes This Work Different

What makes this work unique is my capacity to be deeply present with people in their suffering. Walking alongside others as they move through pain, activation, grief, fear, and transformation feels deeply connected to my life's purpose and service.

Through my own healing journey and inner work, I have cultivated a strong internal compass and the ability to remain grounded, compassionate, and attuned in the presence of intensity. This allows people to feel safe, seen, and supported as they move through experiences that may have once felt overwhelming or impossible to face alone.

I believe the body, psyche, and soul naturally move toward healing when given the right conditions of presence, safety, and attunement. Much of my work is holding a space where transformation can emerge organically, with unconditional love, deep listening, and trust in the innate wisdom of the healing process.

My Approach

How I Work

"I work integratively and intuitively. Rather than following a prescribed protocol, I listen deeply to you, to what is alive in the room, and to where the session wants to go."

My holistic counseling approach draws from Attachment-Focused EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, EFT, psychodynamic theory, and intergenerational healing as a supportive toolkit. Together, we explore the areas where you may feel stuck and gently uncover the patterns, protective strategies, inherited relational dynamics, and unresolved experiences that are asking for healing and integration.

I also recognize that some struggles can extend beyond our individual life experience and may be connected to generational, ancestral, or karmic patterns carried through families and lineages. Through this work, we create space to bring awareness, compassion, and healing to what may have been unconsciously carried across generations.

I combine listening closely to your body and nervous system with a gentle structure that helps keep the process grounded, supportive, and flowing naturally. Rather than forcing a process, we allow what is most needed to emerge organically through the session itself, supporting greater awareness, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to your authentic self.
