Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about working together — sessions, fees, fit, and how this work actually happens.
Fees & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
No — Jackie is a private-pay practice. Sessions are not billed to insurance.
A superbill (an itemized receipt with the necessary clinical codes) is available upon request. Many clients submit these to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Jackie cannot guarantee what your plan will cover, so it's worth confirming directly with your insurer before beginning.
What are your fees?
- $210 — 60-minute session
- $263 — 75-minute session
- $315 — 90-minute session
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Jackie's fees reflect the depth of training, presence, and individualized care woven into this work. At this time, she is not offering sliding scale appointments.
New Clients
Are you accepting new clients?
Jackie is currently accepting a limited number of new clients. A discovery call is the best first step.
What is a discovery call?
A complimentary 15-minute consultation designed to help you get a feel for Jackie's approach and determine whether the work feels aligned for your current needs. You'll have space to briefly share what you're seeking support around, ask questions, and explore potential next steps together — with no pressure or obligation to continue.
Schedule a Discovery Call →How do I know if I'm ready?
You don't need to be ready — you need to be curious. If something in you is moving, if the old structures are shifting and you don't quite have language for it yet, that's usually enough. The discovery call is the right first step.
Session Types
What is the difference between Holistic Counseling and an Integrative Intuitive Session?
Holistic Counseling is licensed clinical therapy. It falls under Jackie's licensure as an LMHC/LCMHC, involves a clinical relationship, may involve a diagnosis if appropriate, and is guided by clinical frameworks including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and EFT.
Integrative Intuitive Sessions are not clinical therapy. They are somatic healing sessions where intuitive guidance — including light language, Akashic guidance, and energy channeling — may arise. These sessions are not tied to a diagnosis and are not a substitute for clinical care.
Many clients work with Jackie in both formats over time. The discovery call is the best place to discuss which is the right starting point for you.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are available in 60-, 75-, and 90-minute lengths.
Do you offer intensive sessions?
Yes. Jackie offers Half-Day Intensive Somatic EMDR sessions for clients seeking deeper immersion and focused therapeutic support. These extended sessions are typically 3–4 hours and allow more space for nervous system work, trauma processing, attachment repair, and integration without the limitations of a traditional therapy hour.
For clients moving through significant transitions, deeper healing work, or accelerated transformation, it is also possible to schedule multiple intensive sessions within the same week for a more immersive experience. Rate: $210 per hour.
Is This Right for Me?
Is this work right for me if I haven't done therapy before?
Yes — there's no prerequisite experience required. Jackie works with people at many different stages of their healing journey. If you're new to this kind of work, the discovery call is a good place to ask questions and get a sense of what to expect.
Do you work with men?
Yes. While much of Jackie's work has centered around supporting women, she also works with men who are genuinely invested in their healing, personal growth, and deeper self-awareness. Many of the men drawn to this work are on a spiritual path, embodiment journey, or are seeking a more conscious and connected way of relating to themselves and others.
Do I have to be spiritual to work with you?
No. While Jackie's work honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, you do not need to identify as spiritual to benefit from the work. Sessions are grounded in nervous system awareness, trauma-informed care, and deep presence, and Jackie follows your lead in how the work unfolds.
Whether you come in with a strong spiritual practice, simple curiosity, or even skepticism, there is space to begin exactly where you are.
